3.1 Migration Mechanism and Swap Rate

Existing holders will be able to migrate their BSC-based NNN tokens to the new Base-based NNN tokens through a market cap-adjusted swap mechanism.

Market Cap-Based Swap Calculation:

• The swap will be calculated based on each holder’s proportional share of market cap (MC) at the snapshot date.

Example Calculation:

• Snapshot Market Cap (MC) = $222,000
• User holds NNN worth $2,220х4.2 at snapshot (1% of total market cap of old NNN token).
• 9324$/0.006 = 1 554 000 New NNN tokens same cliff and vesting will apply as for the round 1
